SHIPPING INFORMATIONS

 

Deliveries will be taken over by our trusted forwarding agents specialized in the delivery of furniture products.

An added value, to offer you a high level service of our deliveries, able to be professional in every activity.

TYPE OF DELIVERY

Our policy provides different shipping models, explained below.

 

Street Level:

The shipment involves the delivery of the product at the house number of the shipping address, indicated during the purchase phase.

Unpacking of the product, assembly and movement of the product within the home (also in the garden) will be carried out exclusively by the end customer.

Price for delivery: Free

 

Pick-up from a Natuzzi store:

It is possible to request the collection of the product at a Natuzzi store, selected during the checkout phase.

The collection of the product will be make by your own  vehicles and the transport of the product itself will be under your responsibility.

The time and date will be agreed in advance (about a week before) with the requested sales point.

Before picking up, it is recommended to view the product to communicate any anomalies. Communications made after collection will not be accepted.

Price for delivery: Free


ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
 

To take advantage of the services listed below, it is necessary to request an ad hoc quotation by writing an email to support-ecom@natuzzi.com indicating the product of reference and the shipping address.

All extra services must be requested and budgeted before delivery. Any subsequent requests will not be accepted.

 

Delivery to a specified floor:

The shipment includes delivery within the home, unpacking and removal of the packaging. Assembly and removal of any used product is not foreseen.

For this type of delivery, in the case of roads that are difficult to access or for the delivery of very bulky products, our courier may wish to carry out an inspection in order to accurately quantify the work and accessibility.

This inspection will obviously be requested and agreed in advance with the customer.

IMPORTANT: Any equipment to rent or personnel in addition to be requested in case of non-usability of access to the home, due to incorrect or missing communication by the recipient, are also excluded.

In this case, any additional costs will be issued to the end customer.

 

Delivery to a specified floor:

The service provides delivery to the floor, as specified above, and assembly of the product within the home.

The assembly will be carried out by operators according to the indications in the assembly instructions issued by Natuzzi s.p.a.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are indicated in each product sheet and in the shopping cart during the purchase.

In any case, the customer will be notified by email during each phase of order preparation: from receipt to shipment of the product.


We also inform you that during the delivery phase the customer will be contacted in advance by our shipper, so as to agree on the most convenient delivery date and time.

We therefore ask to leave the phone number during checkout to allow easier communication between the shipper and the end customer.

 

DELIVERY TIME DETAILS

Delivery times vary according to the type of product desired (immediately ready or customized) and the shipping area indicated.

We specify that the shipping times of a personalized product are dilated and vary from 6 to 8 weeks as the product is made to measure, from the moment of receipt of payment.

RETURN SHIPPING

The shipment in case of a return must be previously accepted and agreed with Natuzzi s.p.a.

The return of the product is possible only in cases of non-personalized products.

If agreed, the customer will receive shipping labels from Natuzzi customer service and the time and date will be agreed for the collection of the goods.

The shipping costs in the case of defective products will be borne by the brand.

The shipping costs in case of change of mind by the customer will be borne by the customer.

 

OTHERS:

  • Any specific complaints must be notified on delivery of the bulletin and the goods checked in the presence of our operators. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the integrity of marble, glass or mirrors.
